and white hat search engine optimization.
Terms and Conditions Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items.
Ordering: All orders much be placed directly on this site!
- Payment Methods:
AWiserSolution.com™ accepts or may accept American Express, Paypall,
Visa, Mastercard, PayCash, Discover, Money Order, Cashier's Check,
Google Pay, bank transfers and ACS Debits. Sorry no personal or company
checks.
- AWiserSolution.com™ ship-to locations:
WorldWide.
Most if not all of aWiserSolution.com products are virtual products
that do not require shipping but if shipping is required: Shipping and
handling charges will be announced by the shopping cart based on
courier rates plus a small handling fee.
- Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are
not refundable under any circumstances. If free shipping is offered for
packages that require shipping, it will never be for more than 6 pounds
and only for the first shipment of a packages (such as if the package
is returned for some reason, the second shipping is not free). We are
sorry due to insurance reasons we cannot normally ship to the following
countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland,
Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia,
Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia, and
some that may be added over time! We will ship to these countries but
only if you pay with wire transfer or ACS debit and if you take full
responsibility for the package once it leaves our hands. Due to varying
custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees.
Although we provide some information here, it is only provided as a
guideline and not legal advice on customs law, please consult with a
qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase
decision. It is our understanding that USA customers may incur up to a
7.3% custom fee which must be paid upon receipt of the item when
receiving items sent from outside the US. European customers incur a
20% VAT tax. If you are in the USA or Europe, please check with your
local customs department for the particulars in your case!
Our
standard parcel carrier is UPS. Sorry we cannot ship to APO and other
military locations or PO Boxes except with very special arrangements
for large orders that are pre-paid with wire transfers only. We are not
responsible for mis-directed shipments. All orders are shipped using
address provided by customer and verified electronically using UPS
Address Verification. If the shipping address cannot be verified using
UPS, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility
for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to
receive the order again. If the package arrives at the wrong address
that you provided and it is not returned by the receiver we are not
responsible for the loss. Our shipment using UPS includes a $100
insurance from the carrier, beyond that insurance you are responsible
for insuring the rest of the value of the package. We will add
insurance to each package to assure there are no loses. Although
insurance prices may change without notice, they will be $1.30 for the
first $100 (after the first $100 courrier insurance) and $1 for each
$100 or portion thereof.
- Sales Tax
7.0% if shipped to Florida if applicable as most of our services do not
require sales tax. Sales tax is charged for Florida residents only that
do not a a Florida Sales Tax Certificate on file. Please fax the sales
tax certificate to keep here on file, if and only if, you live in
Florida or have a portion of your business in Florida.
Customer Service & Return policy:
All sales are final. Most of our prodiucts and services are custom made
just for you and we invest a great deal in getting it made specifically
for you, since we have to pay the services upfront we require you to
pay us upfront as well because your products and/or services are being
made or performed to order just for you. Your upfront payment is a full
deposit on your product or service and once you pay for the product or
service there are no returns and you are committed to purchasing the
product or service. Should you reverse payment somehow, you will still
be responsible for the full value of the product or service and we will
seek legal means to recover our loses. If the product or service is
shipped and it is damaged in transit to you and you report it within 2
business days as being damaged, we will apply for the insurance to
cover the loss and we may require a letter from you and possible photo
as well as the return to us of the damaged merchandize to show the
insurance company. Also claims on the insurance may take as much as 21
days to get resolved. Since the shipment is FOB Miami, FLorida, USA, we
are not responsible for any shipment lost or damage but will place the
insurance claim for you!

usually within 3-4 hours and certainly within 24 hours so emailing us

it may take 7-10 day to finish each piece before it is can be shipped
to you. Please be patient, the rewards of your custom product or
service will be well worth the wait!

information received from our suppliers or from staff error, AWiserSolution.com™ shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. aWiserWeb.com™
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your
credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, AWiserSolution.com shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge. In order to capture as
much detail in our images for your benefit, actual product or service
size may be different than the size they appear in the site due to
extreme closeups of the images.
